Payment and Reservation Information
Our experience has taught us that offering generic “tour packages” just doesn’t cut it. Instead we prefer to sit down with our clients and design a custom tour together taking into account: budget, interests, ability levels, length and size of tour (the bigger the group the lower the price). After all of this is established we create an itinerary and a custom quote of how much the tour will cost.
To reserve a place on your chosen expedition of any of our tours, a US $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required per client. Payments can be made by major credit card, check, or cash. Once we have received your payment for your reservation, completed reservation form, proof of insurance, and a signed copy of the terms and conditions you will receive a confirmation packet including all the details of your trip. The remaining balance for the expedition will be due 60 days prior the departure date. If you have any questions regarding the reservation form feel free to contact us.
